Where Rakuten Ichiba stands
Rakuten Ichiba is a major Japanese marketplace, with video games as one of its top-level categories.
Gift certificates and cash vouchers are items Rakuten reviews before a store may sell them, and Rakuten says the review can refuse the item or the store itself. Stores selling online gift codes already operate there with thousands of reviews.
Rakuten's order system sits behind a merchant login, so Keysender has not confirmed whether it gives sellers a buyer email or accepts a code. If you run a Rakuten store, tell us below.
