Overview

Connect your Kinguin seller account to Keysender to automate digital product delivery for Kinguin orders. Kinguin has to approve your Public API access for production first, with Declared Stock activated. Once the Public ID and Secret are in Keysender, paid Kinguin orders deliver automatically and your declared stock follows the inventory count.

TL;DR

  • Email Kinguin to request Public API access with Declared Stock, then wait for a Public ID and Secret.
  • Add Kinguin under Integrations in Keysender with a new store using those credentials.
  • Connect each Kinguin listing to an inventory; Kinguin also offers per-offer automatic pricing, the same feature G2A has.

Before you start

Make sure you have:

  • Access to your Keysender vendor account.
  • A registered seller account on Kinguin.
  • Kinguin Public API access approved for production, with Declared Stock activated.

Steps

Request Kinguin API access

  1. Email [email protected] to request activation of the Kinguin Public API in the production environment.
  2. Include your Kinguin account email and ask for a Public ID and Secret with Declared Stock activated.
  3. Wait for Kinguin to reply with your application name, Public ID, and Secret. This can take up to a week.

Add the Kinguin integration in Keysender

  1. Open Integrations in Keysender, click Add New, select Kinguin, and click Next.

Troubleshooting

Symptom Cause Action
Keysender cannot connect to Kinguin The Public ID or Secret was entered incorrectly, or Declared Stock was never activated on the Kinguin side Recheck the credentials, and confirm with Kinguin that Declared Stock is active for your account
An order was placed but no code was delivered The listing was not connected to an inventory when the order came in Connect the inventory now, then resend the order
A Kinguin offer will not accept more declared stock Kinguin caps declared stock at 10,000 per offer Split stock across multiple offers if you need more than 10,000 declared

Frequently asked questions

What do I need before connecting Kinguin to Keysender?

You need access to your Keysender vendor account, a registered Kinguin seller account, and Kinguin Public API access approved for production with Declared Stock activated. Request the API by emailing [email protected] with your Kinguin account email and asking for a Public ID and Secret.

How long does Kinguin take to approve API access?

After you email [email protected] to request activation of the Public API in production, Kinguin can take up to a week to reply with your application name, Public ID, and Secret. Ask for Declared Stock activated so your offers show a stock number.

Why should I check webhooks after adding the Kinguin integration?

Active webhooks let Kinguin notify Keysender of new orders so fulfillment runs automatically. Open your Kinguin seller account, go to Account then Webhooks, and confirm they show as active. Also confirm each offer shows a declared stock number, with a current maximum of 10,000.
