This page explains what the Keysender MCP shows today, what stays in your panel, the limits that protect your account, how to disconnect, and how to fix common errors. It applies to both Claude and ChatGPT, and to every Keysender user in the beta.
TL;DR
The Keysender MCP is in beta, open to every Keysender user. To join, email [email protected] with the subject "Join the Keysender AI beta". We reply with access and this guide. See the Keysender AI beta: rules and feedback.
The Keysender MCP launches as Read only. Read and act is coming soon and is not available yet.
| You ask about | The assistant |
|---|---|
| Orders, orders on hold, customers, messages, logs | Shows them for the last 90 days. For older ones, open them in the panel. |
| Why an order is held, delivery checks | Explains the reason. |
| Codes (keys) | Gives you counts and a link to the panel page. For security, codes stay in Keysender. See them in your panel. |
| Buyer email, name, phone, address, notes or IP | Gives you the transaction id and customer id, each with a direct link to that page in your panel. Buyer details stay in your panel. |
| Marketplace integration errors and health | Cannot see them yet. Check them in your panel. |
Keysender is built to keep your buyers' data safe, so buyer details and codes never pass through the assistant. This applies to every connection.
Making changes from the assistant, such as adding stock or resending an order, is coming next. There is no date yet. Anything that spends credit, deletes, or sends to a buyer will ask you to confirm first.
Very long lists are capped for chat. The assistant can read a limited number of pages of a list each hour, and a daily share of rows. When you reach a limit, the assistant tells you, and nothing is changed. The panel has filters and export for long lists, and the assistant gives you the link.
The limits are per connection. They keep one runaway chat from using up your account's request budget and slowing your marketplace syncs. For the hourly limit, wait and try again. The daily limit resets the next day.
A connection lasts up to 30 days, and ends sooner after 14 days without use. Then you connect again with the same steps.
If your work needs more, email [email protected] with your business case and the process you're trying to run, and we'll look at it. Ideas to improve the assistant are welcome there too.
To reconnect Keysender if the connection ended:
Remove the connector in the assistant you use. Your next request is refused.
Keysender can end a connection from its side, and every access token it issued stops working. You cannot do this yourself in the panel today. Contact Keysender Support with your login email and ask to revoke the Keysender MCP. Do this if you lost a device or think someone else used your chat.

| The assistant says an order or message is older than 90 days | The assistant reads the last 90 days | Open it in the panel |
| A tool says a limit was reached | Too many pages of a very long list in an hour, or you used your daily share of rows | Wait and try again. For the daily limit, try tomorrow. For long lists, use the filters and export in your panel. If your work needs more, email [email protected] with your business case and the process you're trying to run, and we'll look at it. Ideas to improve the assistant are welcome there too. |
