Overview

Use the Summary page in Keysender to filter, review, and act on orders from every connected channel. It is the working view for daily fulfillment: see what delivered, what is held, and what needs you, then act on any order without leaving the page. Filters narrow the list by channel or status.

TL;DR

  • Open Summary in Keysender and filter by platform or status.
  • Click an order's Status badge to accept the buyer, mark it done, mark it refunded, or open Details.
  • Details opens the full transaction record for that order.

Steps

  1. Open Summary in Keysender.

  2. Use the -- Any platform -- and -- Any status -- dropdowns to narrow the list.

  3. Click Force Sync if you want to pull in the latest orders immediately rather than waiting for the next scheduled sync. If an order still does not appear, see Syncing missed orders.

  4. Click an order's Status badge to open its action menu.

  5. Select Accept buyer, Mark as done, or Mark as refund, or select Details to open the full transaction record for that order.

Confirm it works

The Summary page shows your filtered orders. Selecting Details on an order opens its full transaction record, including buyer messages and delivery logs. To pull the full list out for your own records, see Filtering and exporting all orders.

Troubleshooting

Symptom Cause Action
An order does not show up after a new sale The list has not synced yet Click Force Sync, or wait for the next scheduled sync
The action menu is missing an option you expect Available actions depend on the order's current status Open Details for the full set of actions, including resend and block/allow
Filtering by platform shows no results The platform filter and status filter narrow the list together Reset one filter at a time to confirm which one is excluding the order

If it still is not working

Submit a claim so Keysender Support can review it.

Frequently asked questions

Where can I see orders from all my connected channels?

Open the Summary page from the top menu in Keysender. It brings together orders from every connected channel in one place, and you can use the dropdown filters to narrow them by channel or transaction status before you act on them.

What actions can I take on an order from the Summary page?

From an order on the Summary page you can accept the order, mark it as done, or refund the buyer. To see the full record, click Details on the order row to open the order page with its transaction history, product details, and buyer communication.

How do I open the full details for one order?

Click Details on the order row in the Summary page. The full order page opens with the transaction history, product details, and buyer communication, so you can review everything about that order before you accept, complete, or refund it.
