Copy a question from the list below and change the sample order number or product name to yours. In ChatGPT, start with @Keysender.
Send it and read the answer. Use the link in the answer to open the order, product or customer in your panel.
How are we doing today and this month, and how many credits do I have?
What you get back: Today's and this month's orders and codes sent, orders waiting, and your credit balance.
Which orders are on hold for review, and why?
What you get back: Orders held for a fraud or verification check, the reason for each and a link to act on it in your panel. Keysender MCP cannot release an order for you.
Did the buyer of order 123 get their code?
What you get back: Whether the code was assigned, sent and opened, with times and a link to the order. Then ask: Draft a calm reply I can send.
What is low on stock? Make me a restock list.
What you get back: Low and empty products with how many codes are left, as a list you can hand to your supplier.
Which products show more stock than the codes I actually have?
What you get back: Products where the stock count is higher than the codes you actually have, so you can fix them before a buyer finds out.
Show my top 10 products by revenue in my latest orders, for each marketplace, as a chart.
What you get back: A ranked list from your most recent orders, one marketplace at a time, and a chart if your app can draw one. Revenue in different currencies is not converted.
Any duplicate sales today?
What you get back: Orders that look like the same sale twice, with links to check each one.
Is [game name] in Keysender Supply, and at what price?
What you get back: Whether the product is offered in Keysender Supply, the price, stock and regions, so you can decide before you buy.
Which eBay messages are waiting for a reply?
What you get back: The eBay messages that still need an answer, newest first, with links. This works for eBay only.

What you get back: Five short lines on orders, sales and anything that needs attention, ready to paste into a message.
Find order 123.
What you get back: The order, with its status and log, and a link to open it. You can ask the same for a customer id or a product name.
Ask for the morning check every day: "How are we doing today and this month, and how many credits do I have?" In AI apps that support scheduled tasks, you can have it run for you every morning, so the answer is waiting when you sit down.
Ask the first question. If the answer shows numbers from your own account, you are set.

Buyer details and codes stay in your panel. The assistant gives you the order or customer id with a direct link to the page.
